***CORONAVIRUS UPDATES***
01.16.21
Snohomish School District facilities remain closed to outside organizations for the foreseeable future. High school sports are being rescheduled and still are pending a "go-ahead" from the local health department and Snohomish School District.
While we are doubtful we will be able to have a season based on the current Washington State Guidelines and school district restrictions, we will continue to monitor the situation in hopes of being able to offer a season this spring.
We miss seeing our players, coaches, and families in the gym. Stay safe, active, and healthy!

Effective today, Governor Inslee has extended the school closure through the end of the school year. Snohomish Youth Volleyball will not be able to restart our 2020 Spring Season accordingly. We are internally reviewing the best path forward regarding registration refunds and expect to communicate this plan with our players/families within a couple weeks. Thanks for your support and continued patience as we work through this together.

Hello Families and Coaches,
With all the uncertainty surrounding school, sports and other activities as a result of COVID-19 we wanted to reach out with an update on the Snohomish Youth Volleyball program.
As you are probably aware, the Snohomish School District has closed all schools and facilities through Friday, April 24th. Additionally, today Governor Jay Inslee expanded this closure to include all public and private K-12 schools in the state of Washington. As a result, Snohomish Youth Volleyball practices and league games are canceled through April 24th, as well.
At this time we are hopeful that we will be able to have a volleyball season potentially starting as early as April 27th and extending later into the school year to coincide with a possible school extension. However, it is too early to tell if that will be a possibility or not. We will be coordinating with the school district to discuss options for the season and will keep you updated as we learn more.
In the event that the season duration is shortened or cancelled altogether, a partial or full refund will be provided accordingly at that time. We will make that decision in the coming weeks and appreciate your patience as we work through these details.
Since the health and safety of the athletes and fans is our top priority we will rely on the recommendations of the school district and state leaders to make decisions about the season. Updates will also be posted on our website.
We remain hopeful and optimistic that we can restart our league games and practices. It gives up great pleasure seeing all all the smiling faces of players and fans on Volleyball Friday Nights in the Snohomish High School gym, as we have seen for so many years in the past. Snohomish Youth Volleyball is a unique experience our community. We hope to be there soon...but, more important is the health and safety of you and your families.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these times of uncertainty.
